Baptism marks the first stage of our journey of faith as a follower of Jesus Christ. For some people this happens as a baby or child, for others it may be as an adult – and it is never too late.
We offer a special service for baptism in which the child/adult being baptised will be welcomed into the church family and Christian faith. Water will be poured on the forehead, or alternatively, as permitted by the Welsh Congregationalists, we can also baptise children and adults by immersion.
The sacrament of Baptism would normally be offered during one of our Sunday services.
